All our books are imported from the US and UK. We are shipping them via sea cargo which may take 3-4 months before they arrive here in the Philippines. Sometimes books may not be available in the warehouse where we get your books, in this case, our supplier will send requests directly to the publishers for replenishment. This process may affect the transit of our books depending on how publishers process the request.

Most shipments will run smoothly and arrive within the specific timeframe, but from time to time we experience delays due to some circumstances that happen during transit which is out of our control.
